These Terms govern your use of The Reflect Co.'s website, the Professional Portal, and any related services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the services

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial information about our brands. Use of the Professional Portal is limited to authorized representatives, distributors, and retail partners, who agree to additional terms in their partner agreement.

Orders, pricing, and shipping

• Wholesale pricing is set centrally; representatives cannot manually discount.
• Promotional pricing flows only through approved promo codes managed by The Reflect Co.
• Default shipping is a flat rate; multi-jurisdiction tax is calculated at order time.
• Tax-exempt accounts must provide a valid resale or exemption certificate, which is then applied to subsequent orders.
• Payment is due at order. No payment terms are offered.

Returns

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in cases of shipping damage, documented and routed through your representative. Damage claims must be submitted within a reasonable window of delivery.

Card data and payment

We do not store full card data. Payments are processed through tokenized providers (Shopify Payments). New card payments may require an e-signature confirmation before finalize.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, logos, product imagery, and the Appose and LipTX brand marks — is the property of The Reflect Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these materials without permission.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site or portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Reflect Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
